DONATIONS FOR SILENT AUCTION This year as we celebrate our 16th Annual Pumpkin Patch event hosted by the HPA Ohana Association, we would like to thank our previous year’s participants for their continued support. Pumpkin Patch continues to be a well attended and favored event by the community, with the largest Pumpkin Patch on Hawaii, exciting live entertainment, fun games and activities for kids, great food and a renowned silent auction. In addition, the theme of this year’s patch is “green” and will highlight out ecological footprint in our community. Carnival attendees will have a unique opportunity to participate in an ecological treasure hunt that will span the event grounds.
The proceeds from this event support and improve the HPA experience shared by students, faculty, staff and families. To ensure that we meet our goals this year, we are requesting the support of local businesses, community members and families like yours. We ask that you consider donating a gift certificate or item for our auction. Your participation is a great way to publicize your business to the community.
Your company name and product will appear in our program and be seen by Pumpkin Patch attendees. For your convenience you can donate online. Please follow the link donations.
We need it early to get everything organized and the auction material published with your name on it. If needed, we will make arrangements to pick the item up.
