Dear Friends and 'Ohana of HPA,

The new school year is upon us, which means planning for the 20th Annual HPA Pumpkin Patch has begun!  This highly anticipated community event will be held on Sunday, October 23rd, and as we prepare for another fantastic year, we ask that you consider becoming a sponsor.  This event attracts four to five thousand people from all around the Big Island to enjoy a day filled with great food, top-notch local entertainment, an incredible silent auction, and many fun-filled games and activities.  What a wonderful opportunity for you to showcase your business!

As you may know, Pumpkin Patch is the primary fundraising event run by the HPA 'Ohana Association*, with the proceeds directly enhancing the educational experience at HPA.  Sports teams, clubs, student organizations, and individual classrooms all benefit from the monies raised at this popular event.   In past years, Pumpkin Patch has helped provide classroom SmartBoards, wrestling mats, playground equipment, and support the wellness initiative, teacher enrichment, and arts programs.  This year we are supporting a new voluntary drug testing and education program for the Upper School students and hope to contribute funds to a new scoreboard.

Please take the time to review the various sponsorship levels and corresponding advertising opportunities they present and consider becoming a part of this fantastic event.  Like any fundraiser, the success of Pumpkin Patch depends on the generosity of its supporters; and as you will see, the advertising benefits you receive in return are an extraordinary value!

Please direct any questions to:

Thank you in advance for your time, consideration, and support.  We look forward to hearing back from you soon, and see you at the Pumpkin Patch!

Warmest regards,

The HPA 'Ohana Association Pumpkin Patch Committee
