The Ka Makani football team is hosting the "2nd Annual Big Island Chef's Chili Cook-Off."

Chefs from the following restaurants are warming up their pots in hopes of winning: Merriman's, Kawaihae Sabroso Grill, Buzz's Sand Trap, Pau, Pakini Grill, Huli Sue's, and Kahua Ranch.

There will be a people's choice award, a coaches award, and more.  Come and taste some chili, and vote for your favorite!
 
Other delicious favorite foods available at the Pumpkin Patch include:  lau lau plate, nachos, watermelon, pizza, caesar salad, chinese food, hot dogs & chili dogs, burgers, and pumpkin pie and coffee.
 
We also have treats including shave ice, cotton candy, ice cream, Braddah pops, musubi, and smoothies.

A variety of beverages will be available to help keep you cool.
