Over 250 parent volunteers are needed to make Pumpkin Patch happen!
 
If you haven’t yet signed up to volunteer for a shift at Pumpkin Patch, please email kathryn@kaunaoa.com with your preferred shift, email address and mobile phone contact number.
 
All shifts needed are on Sunday, October 23rd:
·       Set-up: 7:00am to 9:45am
·       First session: 9:45am to 1:00pm
·       Second session: 1:00pm to 4:15pm
·       Clean-up: 3:45pm to about 5:00pm
 
P.S. If you can’t help out on Sunday, October 23rd, we still need your help in planning, set-up on Friday and Saturday afternoons!

Important Notes!
·       Volunteers should ALL enter through the UPPER GATE and special VOLUNTEER PARKING is available adjacent to Gates Performing Arts Center.
·       Be sure to check into the VOLUNTEER BOOTH (located just past the archway entrance) a few minutes before your shift for details on where you’ll be working and to enjoy complimentary water and 10 mahalo scrip.
